We offer a comprehensive architectural service, generally following the standard project stages set out in the AIA Client-architect Agreement 2019 - preliminaries, concept design, design development, documentation and contract administration.

  In addition, we can provide some specialist services, such as planning applications and report writing, feasibility studies, bespoke design detailing and heritage advice.

Our design process quietens that noise and keeps you moving forward. We know exactly what has to be checked off and where our collaborating consultants need to contribute to the design.

	Investigate everything.
  Importantly, before designing comes investigation.  Before we begin designing, we conduct a full investigation of our client’s brief, the site/context and the regulatory controls over the site.
