How we charge

In determining our fees, we are lead by industry standards as recommended by the Australian Institute of Architects. We are experienced in assessing how much time is involved in a given project and can generally make accurate assumptions about the cost of production of most aspects of the project. We will investigate at the beginning of the project to ensure we have fully understood your brief and our pricing will generally reflect the level of complexity rather than size of your project.  

We recommend an initial consultation, which will allow you to find out important aspects of the feasibility of your project and reduce risk. This is particularly relevant for prospective property purchasers looking to develop after purchase. We can assess the viability of your proposal and identify problem sites. An initial one hour consultation is $300 + GST.
